NPC-TV is an independent, 501 (c)3 non-profit corporation. Our mission is to strengthen the fabric of community life by providing communication tools, training and opportunities for individuals, nonprofit groups, governments and educational institutions. The Station’s Management will strive to encourage and facilitate the fullest possible participation in the production and distribution of quality television programming by and for the Oxford Hills community.

We are pleased to be at your service in the production of your community television programs, to offer you training and the use of NPC-TV’S production equipment.

The “Community Access Center” is a means for all Norway and Paris residents and non-profit organizations to use the powerful medium of television.
